My Baby's 10 Months Old...

Sophie is now 10 months, 1 week old, and getting more fun by the minute! She is doing so much more everyday. Now she can pull up on almost anything including Mama's leg and she loves playing peek a boo! Yesterday she started walking with a walker all by herself!! I am thinking she will be walking in a few weeks!! She loves swimming too. We go to the pool a couple of times a week. If it weren't for the pool we would never leave the house! It's way too hot!

Sophie and Daddy had a wonderful time playing together on Father's Day. Sophie got him a couple of golf shirts and we made him breakfast and one his favorite dinners that night.

Father's Day was great, but it was a little bitter sweet. This was the first Father's Day I haven't spent with my Dad, in my entire life! It made me sad to not be sharing it with him, but we will be all together next weekend for the 4th! Happy Father's Day Dad!

What we've been up too...

I haven't blogged in a bit, but that is because we have been quit busy lately! Bre and Eric came to visit us this past weekend and we all had blast! We showed them around base and had a drink at the O Club, we went to The Boardwalk, the guys went golfing and we spent a day at the pool which was Sophie's favorite! The weekend was so great and whenever you have a fun filled weekend it seems to fly by. We are already looking forward to the next visit which will most likely be the 4th of July in the Ozarks. Only 3 weeks a way!




We have had a great summer so far. Jake is playing softball and baseball so we are going to his games whenever we can. Sophie loves to be outside especially when she can see other little ones:) The pool has been great! It is already in the mid-90's everyday! Too hot for walks, but perfect for the pool.



Memorial Day weekend was awesome! Sophie had her first ride on a pontoon boat and loved it! It was really choppy that day, but she was so relaxed. Mamaw, Bre, Eric, Mom, and Dad were there. The day after we arrived my Uncle Rod, Amy and Amy's boys came for the rest of the weekend. It was so perfect!



What's ahead...4th of July! We are hoping to all get together at the Ozarks for a great weekend with family and fun in the sun!
